• Unless otherwise stated the Prize being offered is a bundle consisting of 1 x Nintendo Switch OLED, 3 x Spongebob games (The Cosmic Shake, Battle for Bikini Bottom and Spongebob Kart Racers), 1 x Anti-glare screen cover, 1 x Switch case and secure delivery to one UK mainland address.
• Each Prize must be redeemed by 01 December 2026. Extensions to the validity of the Prize will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine. 
• All items offered are subject to availability. 
• Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to any retail items / specific lines. Cloud Nine will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered. 
• The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for the Prize. 
• All other costs and expenses in taking the Prize not set out in the stated Prize description will be at the Winner’s expense, these include but are not limited to additional games, accessories etc.  
• The issue of the Prize shall be conditional upon each Winner (or, where such Winner is a minor, that Winner’s parent or legal guardian) signing a binding confirmation of eligibility and release with Cloud Nine, under which each Winner shall, to the extent permitted by law, release the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the Prize and participation in any Prize-related activity (unless that liability arises from negligence or breach by the Company or Released Parties of its obligations relating to the Prize). “Released Parties” means Cloud Nine and Paramount Pictures UK together with any entity which controls, is controlled by and/or under common control with the foregoing and any of such entities’ officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns.  
• After the Winner has successfully received the (undamaged) Prize, Cloud Nine will not be responsible to replace any lost, stolen or damaged items.  
• The Prize comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty, this will be forwarded to the Winner electronically once their device has been registered.  
• Where any Winner is aged under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for arranging any parental settings including access to age restricted games and/or settings related to in game purchases.   
• Some items of the Prize may require a signature upon delivery, and in such circumstances the recipient must be aged 18 or over.   
• Prizes will be securely delivered within 28 days of redemption, to the UK address provided by the Winner.   
• The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
